Cancellation & Refund Policies
Deposit and Payment Terms
A deposit equal to 50% of the trip cost is due within 10 days of making
a trip reservation. Final payment is due with 60 days of trip departure
date. Payment may be made via bank wire transfer, credit card payment
or check.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your travel plans,
we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund
your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements,
and can be summarized as follows:
• Cancellation 60 days or more before trip commencement — full refund
• 45 - 59 days — 75% will be refunded
• 30 - 44 days — 50% will be refunded
• Less than 30 days — no refund will be offered
The above rates are valid for all trips offered by Aqua Luxury, Inc., unless
otherwise stated by agent upon confirmation of booking. For authentication
purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.
The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card,
depending on the original method of purchase. Please note that if your
purchase was made through a credit card, the amount you receive will reflect
a 3% deduction from the full price as a result of the processing fee charged
by the credit card company.
Additionally, although Aqua Luxury, Inc. will instruct the bank to handle
the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it
could take up to four weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending
on your Bank's practice.
Refund Procedure
Aqua Luxury asks that you follow the following procedure if you need to
request a refund. In an effort to ensure proper processing, Aqua will only
accept written refund requests. To request a refund please send a refund
request email to refunds@aqualuxury.com with the following information:

Date of request
• Scheduled trip
• Name of guest
• Reason for refund request
• Contact phone number
• Contact email address
• Signature of guest

Insurance
Every effort is made to ensure you have a safe and highly memorable
trip. However, we recommend that you purchase short-term trip cancellation
insurance, in the event of unexpected changes in your travel plans.
Aqua Luxury also recommends accident, medical and baggage insurance.
Finally, Divers Alert Network (DAN) "Master Plan" Insurance
and/or PADI Diving Accident Insurance are highly recommended for
all divers.
